Return via Post Office NP / Pick-up Point

You can request this by going to the "My Orders" section in "My Account" -> "Return at Pick-up Point"

A return label (barcode) will be sent to your email for printing and sticking on the outside of the original order box, which you can then return to the postal branch or pick-up point. The location can be found via the link provided when making the return request, and you may use any branch in your area.

IMPORTANT: If you are returning more than one box, you must indicate the number of boxes, print and attach all labels (one for each box) that you receive by email, and NOT use the same label for all boxes.

ITEMS FROM MULTIPLE ORDERS: If you wish to return items from different orders, you must make a separate return request for each order and according to the number of boxes you wish to return. Returns must always be made in the same market – country – where the purchase was made.

IMPORTANT: Massimo Dutti is not responsible for the return of items from different orders in one shipment, or for items returned under a pickup request belonging to another order.

We also remind you that you must include a completed and signed return form in the package.

Returns are possible provided that the corresponding fiscal receipt is preserved, and its number is indicated in the return form.
