In-store reservation
Using our app, you can reserve an item in store. When choosing an item, click on “+ info – in-store reservation”, select the size you would like and your location and, if the item is available, you will see the nearest stores where the item is in stock. If the reservation request is completed, you will receive an email with information about its status. After the store verifies that the item is in stock and approves your reservation request, you will have 24 hours to collect it. To do so, simply enter your name and submit the email we have sent you. You can manage your reservations from the “My Account” section in the app. We remind you that the price of the reserved item will be the price shown when you collect the item from the shop. During sales periods or promotions and special campaigns, this option may not be available for all items.
