The gift card will be sent blocked, for security reasons. To activate the gift card, the recipient must confirm the last four digits of their mobile phone by filling in the information requested on this form.
Please keep in mind that, in order to activate the card, you must be registered and logged in to your account. You can also activate it at any Inditex Group store (Massimo Dutti, Zara, Zara Home, Bershka, Stradivarius, Pull & Bear, Uterqüe and Oysho) or on their online stores.
