Refund Period

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to process the order as soon as possible and in all cases within maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank and the method of payment used.

Except for orders paid for by Cash on Delivery for which refunds shall be made via bank transfer if the return request is done online, or via cash if the return is made at a Massimo Dutti store.
