Types of shipments and delivery periods

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. We offer the following types of delivery:

Pick up in store FREE

Standard home delivery-  290.00 INR. Applies to non-discounted items only

Free delivery on orders over 6,500 INR. Applies to non-discounted items only.

Standard Home Pay On Delivery: 290.00 INR

Lead times: 2-8 business days 

These deadlines are approximate, we will confirm the estimated delivery date in the purchase process by the delivery date set out in the Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified in the Shipping Confirmation, then within a maximum of 30 days of the date of the Shipping Confirmation.

Estimated delivery periods are understood to begin 24 working hours following the date of purchase. Working days are understood as being Monday to Friday and non-public holidays. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded from delivery periods. National, regional and local holidays are respected, as well as those of the market where our warehouse/logistics center is located.  

During sales periods, Christmas campaigns and/or special promotions,  deliveries ma be delayed . In addition, store delivery may not be available due to limited store storage capacity. Potential delays in delivery can occur for several reasons, such as customization of products, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure and when the delivery area is rural.

Unless there are circumstances arising from customization of the products, or unexpected or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order within the time above. If, after the established deadline, you have not received your package, contact our Customer Service Department.
