Tracking and delivery of an order
Shortly after authorising the payment you will receive an email with the order number. From this moment on, you can check your order status in the “My orders” section. Once shipped, you will receive a warehouse dispatch confirmation email that will include a tracking link.
Remember that the person who comes to collect the order delivered to a store, needs only show the e-receipt with the QR code, as long as they are the buyer. If someone else comes in your place, that person must also show their ID. You have 15 days to collect it.
Please note that you must show an identification card in order to collect your order at your selected delivery point. If the person who comes to collect the order is different from the person who purchased it, they will need to show a written authorisation and a photocopy of the buyer's ID document. Split Orders It's possible that your order could be dispatched from different logistics centres. If this happens, we'll let you know by email which items you will receive in each delivery.
