Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. We offer the following types of delivery:


Collect at delivery points: 1 - 2 working days - 2,25€

Standard Home Delivery: 1 - 2 working days - 3,95€

Express home: Next business day (for orders placed before 5pm) *Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla excluded. - 5,95€

Store Pickup: 1-3 business days - FREE

Delivery Today Madrid: Orders from M-F before 2:00 p.m., delivery from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Available for certain postal codes in Madrid. - 5,95€

 These deadlines are approximate, we will confirm the estimated delivery date in the purchase process.


Delivery periods are understood to begin 24 working hours following the date of purchase. Weekend and public holidays are excluded from delivery periods. National, regional and local holidays are respected, as well as those of the market where our warehouse/logistics centre is located.  

During sales or promotion periods and special campaigns, deliveries could have a delay. In addition, store delivery may not be available. Potential delays in delivery can occur for several reasons, such as the customisation of products, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure and when the delivery area is a rural or remote area. 

Unless there are circumstances arising from customisation of the products, or unexpected or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order within the time indicated on the website for the selected delivery method, and in any event, within the maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. If, after the established deadline, you have not received your package, contact our Customer Service Department. 

For security reasons we do not guarantee delivery to Post Office Boxes, Hotels, Aparthotels, Residence, Tourist Apartments, Transportation Agency, Logistic Platforms, and / or similar.

The items offered through this website are only available for shipment to Spanish territory, with Peninsular Spain and the Canary Islands being classified as separate markets.
