Exchanges

You cannot exchange an item purchased on our website. I you wish you can return your items to one of our stores in the same market and you can make a new purchase in the store or you may place a new order from our website.

With the Eco-Receipt it will no longer be necessary to print and physically submit the purchase receipt (except for orders with a gift receipt); instead you can show the Eco-Receipt with a QR code from your email or through our APP.
