Return Process

Returns at Massimo Dutti are always free; the return period is 30 days from the shipment confirmation date. 

You may not return underwear, swimwear without the hygienic adhesive, earrings, tights or socks. The pieces must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with inside and outside labels still attached, without repairs and with the corresponding purchase receipt). The purchase document is essential for orders made with a gift receipt so that the refund is not processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns must always be made in the same market where the purchase was made. As set out above, you may return an item to one of our stores or request a home collection from your account on our website.

For returns of purchases made by credit card where more than 15 days have passed since the purchase, the return will be made via bank transfer. Similarly, a second return made on the same purchase will also be refunded by bank transfer. 

Massimo Dutti reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit, if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent or if they do not comply with our return conditions. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof of shipment.

IMPORTANT: Should you wish to return items from several orders (or more than one order), you must request collection for each order and each box you wish to return. Massimo Dutti will not be held responsible for returns of items purchased in different orders or for items that are returned by requesting collection of another order.    

If you select a delivery method not included in our return conditions, we consider that, in case of loss, the direct cost of both the delivery and the product is your responsibility and is at your expense.
