Tracking and delivery of an order

Shortly after authorising the payment you will receive an email with the order number. From this moment on, you can check your order status in the “My orders” section. Once shipped, you will receive a warehouse dispatch confirmation email that will include a tracking link. 

Remember that the person who comes to collect the order delivered to a store, needs only show the e-receipt with the QR code, as long as they are the buyer. If someone else comes in your place, that person must also show their ID. You have 15 days to collect it. 

Split Orders

It's possible that your order could be dispatched from different logistics centres. If this happens, we'll let you know by email which items you will receive in each delivery. You will be able to check your order status in the “My orders” section. Once shipped, you will receive a warehouse dispatch confirmation email that will include a tracking link.
