Types of shipments and delivery periods

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. We offer the following types of delivery:

In-store collection: 1 to 4 business days: FREE  

Standard home delivery: 1 to 4 business days:  99,000 IDR (FREE on orders over 1,990,000 IDR). Applies to non-discounted items only

Standard Home Pay On Delivery: IDR 99.000

These deadlines are approximate, we will confirm the estimated delivery date in the purchase process.

Delivery periods begin 24 business hours following the date of purchase. Weekends and public holidays are excluded from delivery periods. National, regional and local public holidays are respected, as well as those of the market where our warehouse or logistics center is located.  

Deliveries may be delayed during sales or promotional seasons and special promotional campaigns. In addition, store delivery may not be available. Possible delivery delays can occur for various reasons, for example, product customization, unforeseen circumstances, force majeure circumstances and in cases where the delivery area is in a rural or remote area. 

Unless circumstances arise due to product customization, unexpected or extraordinary circumstances, we will send you the order within the period indicated on our website using the selected delivery method. In any case, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days after order confirmation. If, after the established deadline, you have not received your parcel, contact our Customer Service Department. 

For security reasons, we do not guarantee delivery to PO boxes, hotels, apartment hotels, residences, tourist flats, transport agencies, logistics platforms and similar establishments.
