Massimo Dutti offers a free customisation service for selected items. To easily identify them, the word “Customisable” will appear in a specific section of the article name. The customisation techniques used are embroidery and engraving.

Embroidery is available in selected textile items that offer the possibility of customisation with the following characteristics:

 - A maximum of three initials (with or without a dot; for example: A.A.A/AAA).

 - Possibility of selecting the thread colour.

 - Possibility of selecting the font.

Generally, the position of the embroidery cannot be modified, except on certain male shirts where you have the option of choosing either the left cuff or the left hem for the embroidery. In each product you can preview the final format and then add it to the basket like any other item. In the event that the embroidery, the format, the thread, or the colour you choose are not available, we will indicate it during the purchase process or even once the order has been completed. We will notify you of the cancellation of your order in the latter case. Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to make changes to the text.

The embossing is available in selected leather items that provide the option of customisation with the following characteristics:

 - A maximum of three initials (with or without a dot; for example: A.A.A/AAA).

 - Possibility to select the embossing colour.

In each product you can preview the final format and then add it to the basket like any other item. Once your order has been placed, you will not be able to make changes to the text. Because these are customised garments, they cannot be returned or changed. In the event that you place an order with customised and non-customised items, for the return of non-customised items, we recommend you to contact our Customer Service Department in the “Contact” section.

In the case of defective items/faults, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service department in the  “Contact” section.

Please note that, due to customisation, the delivery of your return will require an additional 72 working hours with respect to the type of shipment selected, and that, with custom items, the shipping option "Same Day" cannot be selected.
