Steps to request a refund via Multibanco

 How does the refund process work for payments made via Multibanco?


We will send you two separate emails containing the necessary information to complete the next steps. Since your payment was made via Multibanco, please note that this is the only method available to process your refund.


Please follow these steps:


Step 1 – Email 1: You will receive a link to the Worldpay platform, which will automatically redirect you to the Shopper Webform page. There, you will be asked to enter the refund ID, which can be found in Email 2.


Step 2 – Email 2: You will find the corresponding refund ID (an alphanumeric validation code), which you should copy and paste into the Worldpay platform. After submitting the code, you will be redirected to a page where you must enter your bank account details (only the fields marked with an asterisk *) and complete the process. Once finalized, your refund will be reflected in your bank account within a maximum of 10 business days.
