In-store Returns

In-store returns (in the same country of purchase).

In general, if you need to return an online order, we recommend that you do so quickly by going to one of our stores in the same market where it was purchased (please remember that mainland Spain and the Canary Islands are considered separate markets).

Once you arrive at the store, store attendants will process your return, provide you with a ticket, and you will receive an email confirming the return. We recommend that you keep both documents.
